The Active Kids Coaching programme is a child centred approach to fitness which aims to promote a Healthy and Active lifestyle and reduce childhood Obesity all while having FUN!!!
All our programmes take into account the different cognitive, emotional, and social development of each child.
Each of our weekly programmes are age specific and designed to:
Maximise the child’s personal potential in a structured learning environment.
Develop and improve friendships, team building, confidence, and self esteem.
Improve the child’s overall co-ordination skills
But most importantly to ensure every child has FUN!!!!!
We are also available for all special events such as: Birthday Parties, Communions, Confirmations and many more.
Guaranteed fun for all 18 month to 12 year olds.
